1. Campaign Manager
- Oversees all operations — budget, staff, scheduling, strategy, compliance.
- Ensures coordination between field, communications, and finance teams.
- Acts as John’s primary day-to-day advisor on logistics and execution.
2. Deputy Campaign Manager
- Handles internal team management, timelines, and reporting.
- Supervises staff meetings, cross-team communication, and issue tracking.
3. Chief of Staff (Political & Legislative Liaison)
- Aligns campaign positions with long-term governance priorities.
- Liaison to policy advisors, former elected officials, and endorsement networks.
4. Strategy Director / Senior Advisor
- Develops overall campaign roadmap and sequencing (launch → expansion → GOTV).
- Identifies key counties, demographics, and cross-partisan outreach opportunities.
5. Data Director
- Builds and maintains the 88-county data model, integrating voter data, census data, and campaign input scoring.
- Tracks Constituent Score System data for transparency dashboard.
6. Polling & Research Lead
- Conducts voter research, focus groups, and issue mapping to refine messaging.
- Provides weekly reports on sentiment shifts and regional priorities.
7. Communications Director
- Shapes campaign message, tone, and brand voice.
- Oversees press relations, earned media, crisis response, and public statements.
8. Press Secretary / Media Liaison
- Manages interviews, press releases, and responses to public inquiries.
- Builds relationships with local and regional media outlets.
9. Creative Director / Content Lead
- Designs all campaign materials (website, graphics, handouts, signage).
- Maintains brand consistency across all 88 counties.
- Creates print and event materials since the campaign avoids social media.
10. Field Director
- Plans and executes the “Five Events per County” initiative.
- Oversees regional field organizers and volunteer coordinators.
- Tracks attendance, engagement, and feedback by county.
11. Regional Organizers (6–10 total)
- Divide Ohio into major regions (e.g., Northwest, Northeast, Central, Southeast, Southwest).
- Recruit volunteers, coordinate logistics, and report top local issues.
12. Volunteer Coordinator
- Builds and trains county-level volunteer teams.
- Manages event staffing, canvassing schedules, and community partnerships.
13. Constituency Outreach Director

16. Finance Director

17. Compliance Officer / Treasurer
- Tracks contributions, disbursements, and FEC filings.

26. Faith & Values Outreach Advisor

28. Veterans & Service Member Liaison
